Returns initiated after 30 days may not be accepted. We recommend inspecting your jewelry immediately upon receipt and contacting us promptly if you wish to return it.

The following items are eligible for return:

• Unworn jewelry in pristine, original condition
• Items with all original packaging, boxes, and pouches
• Items with certificates of authenticity and appraisal documents
• Pieces with all tags, labels, and protective coverings attached
• Accessories in unused, original condition

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-designed or bespoke jewelry pieces
• Engraved or personalized items
• Worn, altered, or damaged jewelry
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Items missing original packaging, certificates, or tags
• Special order items made to your specifications

5. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Information: Include your order number, item details, and reason for return
3. Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions
4. Package Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all materials included
5. Ship Insured: Ship the item using a trackable, insured shipping method to our Auckland location
6. Confirmation: We will confirm receipt and inspect the item within 5-7 business days

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product)
• The item arrived damaged
• The item is defective or does not match the description

We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping for valuable jewelry items. Vorgyrondhuleu is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

7. Return Inspection

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria:

• Unworn and in original condition
• All packaging and documentation included
• Item matches our records
• No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

If the returned item does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return and ship the item back to you at your expense.

8. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund
• You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

• Items of equal or greater value

To request an exchange, follow the return process and indicate your exchange preference. If the exchange item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference. If of lesser value, we will refund the difference.

Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

12. Ring Resizing Services

If your ring does not fit properly:

• Complimentary resizing within 60 days of purchase
• One complimentary resizing per ring
• Typical turnaround time is 7-14 days
• Resizing must be done at our Auckland boutique

Some ring designs cannot be resized due to their construction. Our team will advise you on resizing options.

The warranty does not cover:
